Cancellation & Booking Policy

At ACC Car Detailing, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable service for all customers. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are considered confirmed once they are scheduled through our website or agreed upon directly.

2. Cancellations

We kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.

This allows us to manage our schedule and offer the time slot to other customers.

3. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a fee or refusal of future bookings at our discretion.

4. No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

We reserve the right to decline future bookings from customers who repeatedly miss appointments.

5. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a new time based on availability.

6. Arrival & Access

Customers must ensure that the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location. Delays or lack of access may result in cancellation of the booking.

7. Additional Charges

Extra charges may apply for:

  • Excessive dirt, stains, or pet hair

  • Larger vehicles not specified during booking

  • Additional services requested on-site

These will be discussed before proceeding.

8. Service Conditions

While we take great care with every vehicle, results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle. Some stains, scratches, or damage may not be fully removable.
