1. Service Bookings & Cancellations
All bookings are subject to weather conditions, vehicle accessibility, and technician availability. ACC Professional Car Detailing reserves the right to alter, reschedule, or cancel appointments to ensure safety and service quality.
2. Vehicle Preparation & Condition
Customers must remove all personal items, valuables, and car seats from the vehicle prior to the arrival of our technicians. We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, interior wear and tear, or items left inside the vehicle during the service.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of the detailing service unless specified otherwise in writing. We accept valid credit cards, digital payments, or cash as specified at booking.
